Stella: I learned about gender equality and how to rap a little. I also learned that gender equality is a big problem and helping it needs to be put in action. I liked all the things we learned how to do on the computer. I liked being able to write lyrics. The people in my group were great and helpful and I think we got a lot done and we had a lot of fun together. The topic made me think more about gender equality. Also how it is something that is happening all over the world and it needs to be fixed. Also anyone anywhere can help to make gender equality happen. I think that I did well with some of the lyrics and the pics. I did not help with the beet but I did help with the pics and the lyrics. I think that as a group me Taylor and Jordan worked well. We listened to each other and I think in the end It paid off. In the end we did good. I used an I pad mini for the first time. I learned how to use a computer much better. Now I know how to use morfo and I talk. They were both so fun to use. Over all my whole experience doing this project was amazing.
Jordan: What I learned during the rap project about gender equality is that it is very hard f or many woman in the world to get work because they are unequal. In Islam it is even harder for woman to work. Women are sexually abused because they need more money so they sell their bodies. A way we can fix this is by donating money to charity so we can help them. What I learned about the tech is how to use audacity which I never used before. It was very fun but very different from garage band. The loops were very fun to use and play with. This is what I learned on audacity. I learned working with others is hard or it could be very easy. It was hard because we argued a lot over the music and lyrics. It was easy because someone has your back. What I could do better is to be more focused on the lyrics and writing them. It was useful when Mrs.Tumenus told me about the riming website. What I did well was composing the music.
Taylor:
I learned more about gender equality in this project. I learned that women are
sexually abused and can't do anything about it, unless someone helps them.
I learned how to use Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 for the video. It was lots of fun
importing photos into the video and fooling with the FX effects to go from picture
to picture. It was kind of hard working with others because sometimes they
would not do what you ask them to do and they won't work. I think I did pretty
well on getting the video done and some of the pictures. I wish I helped more
on the lyrics. Also I felt like I should have done zooming on the pictures so it
looked better.
